Garlic Parm Airfried Wings
Ingredients
7 Whole wings, cut into sections
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 salt ( more or less depending on your taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. oil
- Breading
1 cup flour
a sprinkle of all the same seasonings used on the wing
- Sauce
1 stick butter
a few cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, with extra for sprinkling
Directions
- Clean and season the wings with all the spices listed, along with the oil.
- In a mixing bowl combine flour and a sprinkle of all the same seasonings used on the chicken.
- Lightly dredge the wings in the flour mixture and place in the airfryer on 420 degree for about 40 minutes turning the wings half way through. If your oven have a airfryer setting you can also use the to air these.
- In a sauce pan, melt one stick butter with some finely chopped garlic. Remove from heat and let it slightly cool before adding in the parmesan cheese.
- Once the wings are done, place them in a mixing bowl, add the butter mixture and toast well. Plate and sprinkle with extra parmesan. Serve and enjoy.
