Garlic Parm Airfried Wings

Ingredients

  • 7 Whole wings, cut into sections

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 salt ( more or less depending on your taste)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp all purpose seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp. oil

  • Breading
  • 1 cup flour

  • a sprinkle of all the same seasonings used on the wing

  • Sauce
  • 1 stick butter

  • a few cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, with extra for sprinkling

Directions

  • Clean and season the wings with all the spices listed, along with the oil.
  • In a mixing bowl combine flour and a sprinkle of all the same seasonings used on the chicken.
  • Lightly dredge the wings in the flour mixture and place in the airfryer on 420 degree for about 40 minutes turning the wings half way through. If your oven have a airfryer setting you can also use the to air these.
  • In a sauce pan, melt one stick butter with some finely chopped garlic. Remove from heat and let it slightly cool before adding in the parmesan cheese.
  • Once the wings are done, place them in a mixing bowl, add the butter mixture and toast well. Plate and sprinkle with extra parmesan. Serve and enjoy.
