chicken chop suey
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken thigh ( boneless & skinless)
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp. chicken seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 onion, chopped
2 starks green onion, chopped
few sprigs of thyme
pieces of scotch bonnet, as much as you can handle
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
small piece of ginger, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 small head of cabbage, rough chopped
6 head of baby bok choy ( about a pound, they’re very small )
2 medium carrots, julienne

Directions
- Wash and cut chicken into bite size strips. season chicken with powdered seasonings.
- heat oil in a wok or a big enough pan to stir fry meat and veggies without over crowding. Add in seasoned chicken and cook for 15 mins, uncovered.
- Add in onion, garlic, garlic, green onion, thyme, ginger, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry for about 2 mins.
- Gradually add in chopped veggies and stir until veggies are tender but still has a little crunch to it. Remove from heat and serve with plain rice. enjoy
